Preparation Method

  • Dice the paneer into cubes and keep aside.
  • Chop the onions and three tomatoes finely.
  • Blanch three tomatoes, peel the skin and grind it.
  • Chop the green chillies finely.
  • Beat the curd.
  • Heat a pan with butter.
  • Saute onion, chopped tomatoes, curd and green chilli.
  • Add the tomato puree and fry for seven minutes.
  • To this add cumin powder, chilli powder, red colour powder, salt and stir well.
  • If required add water.
  • Allow it to boil until the gravy thickens.
  • Pour the fresh cream.
  • Remove from fire and serve.
