Preparation Method

  • Peel the raw banana and dice into cubes and immerse in a bowl of water.
  • Split red chillies.
  • Dice the onion.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Temper  mustard, add red chillies, onion and fry for a minute.
  • Add the diced raw banana, sprinkle salt and stir well.
  • Fry till the bananas  are crisp.
  • Add the grated coconut and fry.
  • Remove from fire and serve.
