Preparation Method

  • Combine maida, salt and 50 ml of Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • To this add water little by little and knead to a flexible dough. 
  • Cover win a muslin cloth and let the dough rest for two hours.
  • Make small balls.
  • Take a broad chapati board. Pat the ball to the size of the board.
  • Fold it like paper fan and swirl it and make into circle.
  • With a rolling pin, roll it to a ½ inch thick circular parathas.
  • Heat a heavy dosa pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.  Flip the parathas into the hot  oil and roast it till crisp and brown.
