Preparation Method

  • Soak the buns in water, squeeze them and keep aside.
  • Roast the cashew nuts in ghee.
  • Heat a heavy bottomed pan with little amount of water with sugar.
  • Stir well until the sugar dissolves in water.
  • Add the bun and stir.
  • To this add ghee, stir well until it comes to the halwa consistency.
  • Sprinkle cashew nuts. Remove from fire and serve.
