Preparation Method

  • Grate the coconut and extract milk.
  • Roast the cashew nuts and raisins in ghee.
  • Heat a heavy bottomed pan with coconut extract.
  • Pour milk and condensed milk.
  • If required add sugar.
  • Add roasted cashew nut, raisins, cardamom powder, saffron and stir well.
  • Remove from fire and serve in small bowls.
