Preparation Method

  • Separate egg white and keep aside.
  • Beat the egg white well with a beater.
  • In a broad bowl, take 2 cups of water, 20 grams of china grass and let it soak.
  • Mix together egg white, required amount of sugar, milk and warm it.
  • When the milk thickens, add the china grass mixture.
  • When everything blends together add the condensed milk and vanilla essence.
  • Chop the pineapples into cubes.
  • Sprinkle sugar and spread it in a broad bowl.
  • Pour the condensed milk mixture over the pineapple.
  • Let it aside for ten minutes.
  • Refrigerate.
  • Garnish with roasted cashew nuts and almond.
  • Serve chilled.
