Preparation Method

For Egg Masala Powder:
  • Dry roast pepper corn, urad dhal and red chilli.
  • Pound it finely and store it in an air tight container.
For Egg Fry:
  • Hard boil eggs. Shell them and chop into two.
  • Sprinkle the masala powder.
  • Heat a dosa pan with a teaspoon of Idhayam Sesame Oil, fry the eggs and serve.
