Preparation Method

  • Heat a pan, dry roast sesame seeds separately and red chillies separately. Pound in a mixer.
  • Dry roast grated  coconut till golden brown and mix it with the sesame seed and red chilli powder.
  • Add salt and store it in an airtight container.
  • Refrigerate and use.
