Preparation Method

  • Wash and chop mushrooms into two.
  • Grind onion, garlic, ginger, chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, grated coconut separately, combine cashew nuts, poppy seed and grind it.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Add the ground masala except cashew nuts and poppy seed paste.
  • Fry till the raw smell goes, add the mushroom and fry well.
  • Pour some water, add salt and the cashew nuts, poppy seed paste and fry for three more minutes.
  • When the mushrooms are done, remove from fire.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
