Preparation Method

  • Soak the white chana overnight.
  • Cook the chana along with water and tea bag.
  • Chop the green chillies, coriander leaves, onion finely.
  • Combine cooked chana, chopped vegetables, salt, grated mango, chaat masala, garam masala powder.
  • Mix together and serve in small bowls.
