Preparation Method

  • Marinate the chicken along with teriyaki sauce.
  • Refrigerate for two hours.
  • Dice tomatoes, onion, jalapeno and coriander leaves and refrigerate.
  • In a small bowl, take mustard, honey, sugar, Idhayam sesame oil, vinegar, salt, lemon juice and refrigerate.
  • Pre heat the oven and grill the chicken.
  • Grill the chicken on each side for eight minutes.
  • In a broad plate spread the chopped vegetables.
  • Then pour the honey mixture.
  • Add the grilled chicken pieces and serve.
