Preparation Method

  • Peel the skin of potatoes, carrot and beetroot.
  • Wash the cauliflower and chop into florets.
  • Parboil the potato, carrot, beetroot, beans and cauliflower.
  • Chop the beans.
  • Dice the potatoes into big chunks.
  • Chop the lettuce roughly and add it to the vegetables.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper powder.
  • Mix milk, corn flour and cream.
  • Heat the cream mixture and pour over the salad.
  • Refrigerate.
  • Garnish with mixed herbs and serve.
