Preparation Method

  • Steam the groundnuts.
  • Chop the onions finely.
  • Deseed the green chillies and chop into fine pieces.
  • In a bowl, combine carrot, onion, green chillies, ground nut and mix well.
  • Sprinkle salt, squeeze lemon juice and mix well.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam sesame oil.
  • Temper mustard. When it splutters, remove from fire and add it to the salad.
  • Stir and serve.
