Preparation Method

  • Cook the potatoes. Peel the skin and chop into big chunks.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam sesame oil.
  • When it becomes hot, flip the potatoes and fry for three minutes.
  • Remove from fire.
  • Dice the onions, coriander leaves and mint leaves finely.
  • Combine potatoes, salt, pepper powder, coriander leaves, mint leaves, onion, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder and curd.
  • Mix well and serve.
