Preparation Method

  • Dice the tofu into cubes.
  • Chop the onion and green chilli.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam sesame oil.
  • Saute onion and green chillies for three minutes.
  • Pour the coconut extract and let it boil for two minute.
  • Flip the tofu pieces add salt, fried onion, green chillies and stir well.
  • Remove from fire.
  • Allow it to cool and serve.
