Preparation Method

  • Marinate the prawns with salt, chilli powder and ginger garlic paste.
  • Dice the onion finely.
  • Slit the green chillies.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam sesame oil.
  • Temper cumin seed, cinnamon and clove.
  • Saute onion, green chilli and curry leaves.
  • Add chilli powder, turmeric powder and fry well.
  • Flip the marinated prawns and fry for a minute.
  • Add coriander powder and stir for seven minutes.
  • Adjust to salt.
  • When the prawns are done and turn to reddish brown, sprinkle garam masala powder, corianders leaves and stir.
  • Remove from fire and serve.
