Preparation Method

  • Soak the alasanda overnight.
  • Grind the alasanda coarsely.
  • Finally add turmeric powder, ginger, green chillies, coriander leaves , salt and grind it.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam sesame oil.
  • When it becomes hot, make vada with the dough and flip it into the oil and fry it till golden brown.
  • Serve hot.
