Preparation Method

  • Grind together coriander powder, cumin seed, shallots, chilli powder, turmeric powder to a fine paste.
  • Grate the coconut and extract milk.
  • Dice the onions finely.
  • Heat a heavy bottomed broad pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Satue onions and add the ground masala, fry until the raw smell goes.
  • Add the coconut extract and salt.
  • Allow it boil.
  • Crack the eggs to the gravy one by one do not stir.
  • Simmer to a low flame, swirl the pan in circular motion.
  • When the eggs are done, remove from fire and serve hot.
