Preparation Method

  • Hard boil the eggs. Peel and chop into two.
  • Dice the onions finely.
  • Dry roast urad dhal,chilli,pepper corns and curry leaves.
  • Pound it finely.
  • Mix the powdered spice with salt, water and coat the eggs with masala.
  • Heat a dosa pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Saute onion.
  • Add the masala coated eggs to the pan, simmer to a low flame and fry.
  • Remove from fire and serve hot.
