Preparation Method

  • Par boil the potatoes.
  • Peel the skin and chop it to big chunks
  • Grind the fennel, shallots and red chilli to a fine paste.
  • Coat the potatoes with the ground masala, salt and turmeric powder.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil .
  • Temper  cinnamon and  cloves.
  • Add the potatoes.
  • Keep in a low flame and fry till it turns red and crisp.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
