Preparation Method

  • Dice the potatoes into four.
  • Prick the potatoes with a fork.
  • Chop the coriander leaves finely.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Temper  mustard, add cumin seed , coriander leaves and simmer to a low flameand fry.
  • Add the chopped potatoes and fry for three minutes.
  • Add coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and stir well.
  • Pour required amount of water and allow it to boil.
  • When the gravy thickens, remove from fire and serve hot.
