Preparation Method

  • Par boil the potatoes.
  • Peel the skin and chop into big chunks.
  • Heat a pan with IdhayamSesame Oil, temper fennel, add coriander powder, cumin  powder, chilli powder, salt and fry for three minutes.
  • Pour curd and fry for three minutes.
  • Add the potatoes and fry till the masala coats the potatoes.
  • To this add kasoori methi, coriander leaves, garam masala and fry well.
  • Remove from fire and serve.
