Preparation Method

  • Peel the skin and dice the potatoes.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam sesame  oil.
  • Temper mustard,  add urad dhal and curry leaves.
  • Add the diced potatoes, simmer to a low flame and fry till the potatoes are half cooked.
  • Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and fry well.
  • Fry until the potatoes are crisp and brown.
