Preparation Method

  • Parboil potato. Peel the skin and chop into fingers.
  • Mix together corn flour, water, salt and chilli powder.
  • Dip the potatoes in corn flour mixture.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam sesame oil.
  • When it becomes hot,flip the potato fingers and deep fry till golden brown.
  • Heat a broad pan with three tablespoon of Idhayam sesame oil.
  • Saute garlic and onion.
  • Add ginger garlic paste and fry.
  • To this, add the fried potato fingers, red chilli sauce, tomato sauce, sugar and two teaspoon of Idhayam sesame oil.
  • Stir well.
  • Remove from fire and serve as evening snack.
