Preparation Method

  • Dry roast the peanut again.
  • Peel the shallots and chop it.
  • Peel the garlic.
  • Heat a pan with a tablespoon of Idhayam sesame oil.
  • Temper cumin seed, shallots, garlic, red chillies, tamarind and curry leaves.
  • Fry well.
  • To this add roasted chana dhal, salt and grind it coarsely and serve.
