Preparation Method

  • Chop the raw bananas into small pieces.
  • Crack the eggs in a bowl.
  • Add sugar and beat well.
  • Roast the cashew nuts and raisins in ghee.
  • Heat a pan with coconut oil and deep fry the chopped bananas.
  • Take a glass bowl or baking tray.
  • Grease the tray with ghee and pour half the quantity of the beaten egg.
  • Above this add the fried bananas.
  • Sprinkle the roasted cashew nuts, raisins and cardamom powder.
  • Pour the rest of the beaten egg.
  • Bake in a pre-heated oven for twenty minutes.
  • Remove from oven and serve.
