Preparation Method

  • Cut the cauliflower into medium sized florets.
  • Boil the florets in water for just three minutes.
  • Combine gram flour, corn flour, cooking soda, chilli powder, garam masala powder, salt to a thick consistency, adding water.
  • Coat  the cauliflowerwith the above mixture and keep aside.
  • Heat Idhayam Sesame Oil in heavy bottomed pan, when it becomes hot take a fist of cauliflower.
  • Drop in hot oil and deep fry it.
  • Serve hot.
