Preparation Method

  • Cook the Bananas.
  • Peel the skin and grate it.
  • Chop the onions finely.
  • Split red chillies.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame oil.
  • Temper mustard, red chilli and saute onion.
  • Add the grated banana, salt, grated coconut and fry well.
  • Remove from fire and serve hot.
