Preparation Method

  • Prepare buttermilk.
  • Cook the pumpkin, raw banana, Seppan kizhangu with salt, green chilli and keep aside.
  • Grate the coconut.
  • Grind cumin seed , four red chillies, toor dhal and grated coconut.
  • Add the cooked  vegetables, ground masala to the buttermilk.
  • Split rest of the red chillies.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Temper  mustard, red chilli, curry leaves and add the butter milk mixture.
  • When it comes to boil remove from fire and serve.
