Preparation Method

  • Take 400 ml of water in a bowl.
  • Pound pepper and cumin seed.
  • Split the red chillies.
  • Mash the tomatoes in water.
  • Add the pound masala.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Temper mustard, add asafoetida, curry leaves and red chillies.
  • Pour the tomato mixture and add salt.
  • Allow it to boil for two minutes.
  • Squeeze lemon juice, add coriander leaves.
  • Remove from fire and serve hot.
