Preparation Method

  • Deseed the mangoes and chop into four.
  • Dry roast the mustard and pound it.
  • In a broad bowl add the chopped mangoes , salt, mustard powder, chilli powder, asafoetida and mix well.
  • Pour Sesame Oil, close with a thin muslin cloth and leave it under sun for seven days.
  • Store in air tight containers.
