Preparation Method

  • Wash the coriander leaves and chop them.
  • Heat a pan with a tablespoon of Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Add curry leaves, channa dhal, urad dhal, fenugreek , ginger, red chilli, tamarind and fry well.
  • Grind the coriander leaves, adding salt along with the fried spices.
  • Heat rest of the Idhayam Sesame Oil in a pan, temper mustard and add the ground coriander leaves mixture. Keep in a low flame and fry well.
  • Store in an air tight container and use it when required.
