Preparation Method

  • In a broad bowl take the mango pieces.
  • Dry roast the fenugreek powder.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam sesame oil, when it become hot switch off the stove.
  • Add asafoetida and allow it to cool.
  • Mix together mango pieces, chilli powder, salt, mustard powder, fenugreek powder and stir well.
  • Add the asafoetida fried oil and mix well.
  • Store in an airtight container and use.
