Preparation Method

  • Discard the seed from the chow chow and chop it finely.
  • Don’t grate the skin.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam sesame oil.
  • Temper mustard and urad dhal.
  • Saute onion, green chillies, garlic, coriander leaves, tamarind and chow chow.
  • Grind all the ingredients coarsely along with salt.
  • Serve.
