Preparation Method

  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil and deep fry the sago.
  • Allow it to cool.
  • Grind green chillies.
  • Heat another pan with ghee and fry curry leaves and keep aside.
  • Add the fried sago to the curd.
  • Add salt, ground chilli paste and the fried curry leaves and serve.
