Preparation Method

  • Peel and slice the raw bananas vertically or into circles.
  • In a broad bowl add gram flour, rice flour, cooking soda, asafoetida, salt, colour powder and chilli powder.
  • Add water little by little and mix it to a dosa batter consistency.
  • Heat a deep frying pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil, when it becomes hot, dip the raw banana slice to the batter and deep fry in Idhayam sesame oil till crisp.
  • Serve hot.
