Preparation Method

  • Soak the cashew nuts in hot water for an hour.
  • Grind together cashew nut and milk.
  • Heat a heavy bottomed pan with water.
  • When it starts to boil, add sugar and stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
  • Let it boil for two minutes.
  • Add the ground cashew nut mixture and stir well.
  • When it comes to a semi thick consistency, remove from fire.
  • Pour in a ghee greased tray..
  • Allow it to cool.
  • Slice into desired shapes and serve.
