Preparation Method

  • Soak the rice and drain.
  • Pound it.
  • Heat a pan with ghee ,fry the pound flour and keep aside.
  • Heat a heavy bottomed pan with a cup of water, add sugar and boil it to a single string consistency. Remove from fire.
  • Take fried rice flour in a broad bowl.
  • To this add ghee and required amount of sugar syrup.
  • Take a small amount from the dough and roll into a smooth ball.
  • Make such balls with rest of the flour.
