Preparation Method

  • Discard the seed from the Naval Pazham
  • Pound the jaggery.
  • Dissolve the powdered jaggery in hot water.
  • Chop the cashew nuts and almond into small bits and roast in ghee.
  • Heat a pan with ghee.
  • Add the jaggery, naval pazham pulp and stir it continuously.
  • When the pulp leaves the sides add more of ghee.
  • Add the fried cashew nuts, almond, stir well. 
  • Serve hot.
