Preparation Method

  • Chop the mutton into fine pieces.
  • Dice the shallots and green chillies.
  • Grate the coconut.
  • Pressure cook the mutton with turmeric powder and salt.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Saute shallots and green chillies.
  • Add the cooked mutton along with chilli powder.
  • When the mutton turns to reddish brown add the grated coconut.
  • Fry well.
  • Remove from fire and serve hot.
