Preparation Method

  • Marinate the mutton with salt, corn flour, vinegar and turmeric powder for half an hour.
  • Chop the capsicums and onion lengthwise.
  • Slit the green chillies.
  • Clean the mushrooms and chop into two.
  • Dice the ginger finely.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil and deep fry the marinated mutton.
  • Heat another pan with two tablespoon of Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Toss the mushrooms and keep aside.
  • Heat another pan with three tablespoon of Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Saute onion, green chillies, garlic and ginger.
  • Toss the capsicums.
  • Sprinkle salt and white pepper powder.
  • Add soy sauce, tomato sauce and stir well.
  • To this add the fried mutton and stir.
  • Pour a little amount of water.
  • Add the mushrooms and stir well.
  • Remove from fire.
  • Garnish with spring onion and serve.
