Preparation Method

  • Mix together minced mutton, turmeric powder, chilli powder, pepper powder and salt.
  • Beat egg with salt.
  • Shape the minced mutton mixture into cutlet.
  • Heat a deep frying pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Dip the cutlets in the  beaten egg, coat it with bread crumbs and deep fry in hot Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Serve hot.
