Preparation Method

  • Pressure cook mutton with salt.
  • Grind pepper corn, coriander seeds, garlic, shallots, fennel, cinnamon, cloves and green chillies finely.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Add the ground masala, turmeric powder and fry till the raw smell goes.
  • Add the cooked mutton and fry in a low flame till the masala coats the mutton pieces.
  • Serve hot.
