Preparation Method

  • Pressure cook the bones.
  • Chop the onions finely.
  • Dry roast fennel, cumin seed and coriander powder.
  • Grind it to a fine paste.
  • Split red chillies.
  • Grated the coconut and extract two cups of milk.
  • Heat a heavy bottomed pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil. Season with cinnamon, cloves, onion and red chillies.
  • Add the ground masala and fry till the raw smell goes.
  • Add the mutton bones, chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt.
  • Pour the coconut extract.
  • When the gravy thickens, remove from fire and serve.
