Preparation Method

  • Peel the shallots and grind it along with curry leaves.
  • Combine the fish pieces with ground shallots paste, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder,  cumin  powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt and lemon juice and marinate for half an hour.
  • Heat a dosa pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil, flip two fishes. Drizzle oil to the sides of the fishes.
  • Flip over the fish and fry till golden brown.
  • Fry all the fishes and serve.
