Preparation Method

  • Boil water in a pan and cook the shark pieces.
  • Remove the bones and scramble it.
  • Chop the onions and garlic finely.
  • Slice the green chillies into fine rings.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam sesame oil.
  • Add mustard, when it splutters add curry leaves, onion, green chillies and fry.
  • Add the scrambled fish. Keep in a low flame and fry well.
  • Add the grated coconut fry well and serve.
