Preparation Method

  • Mix Coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, colour powder, lemon juice, salt and marinate the fishes for ten minutes.
  • Before frying the fish apply roasted channa dhal powder all over the fish.
  • Heat a dosa pan with Idhayam sesame oil, add the fishes and fry both the sides till crisp and brown.
  • Serve hot.
