Preparation Method

  • Apply turmeric powder, a teaspoon of salt and wash the fish.
  • Dry roast gram flour and keep aside.
  • Take the fishes in a broad bowl.
  • Mix the roasted gram flour, curd, cardamom powder, garam masala, fresh cream, chilli powder, black salt and  butter.
  • Marinate the fish with the above mixture for an hour.
  • Skewers the fish, apply oil all  over the fish and allow it to bake for three minutes.
  • When the fish is done remove from the oven.
  • Serve hot.
