Preparation Method

  • Crack the egg and beat well.
  • Mix together the grated cheese, half of the beaten egg, pepper powder, chilli powder, parsley, lemon juice, mustard paste and salt in a broad bowl.
  • Add the fish and marinate for half an hour.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil. When it becomes hot, dip the fish in the beaten egg,  coat with corn flakes and deep fry the fishes one by one till crisp and golden brown.
  • Serve hot.
