Preparation Method

  • Marinate the fishes with salt, lemon juice and turmeric powder for twenty minutes.
  • Grind grated coconut, pepper powder, chilli powder and coriander powder to a fine paste.
  • If required add salt.
  • Coat the fishes with the ground masala.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil and shallow fry the fishes till reddish Brown.
  • Serve hot.
